Tom is the father of twin sons who have autism.  He has been involved in fundraising for the Chicago Autism Academy and other autism organizations since 2007.  Tom is currently a Vice President with Baird Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm based in Chicago, where he sources, evaluates and structures business services transactions.  Tom received a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  Tom grew up in Orland Park, IL  and attended Marist High School and currently resides in Frankfort, IL with his wife Irene and twin 8 year old sons, Mikey and Johnny.
